The Field Sales Leader plays a key role in driving sales growth, supporting the Independent Operator network, and ensuring strong in-store execution across assigned routes. This position supports KSC’s expansion across a wide range of specialty Hispanic food categories.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role that partners closely with retailers, independent operators, and internal teams to grow volume, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence. While not required, cultural understanding and Spanish language skills are highly valuable given KSC’s service to diverse Hispanic communities.
